Employee Benefits
for Business Owners
Benefits, key person coverage, and succession, reviewed as one program rather than four separate renewals.

What a program covers
The Key Pieces of a Business Benefits Program.
Each of these stands on its own. The value is in reviewing them together, because a decision in one usually moves the other three.
-
Employee & Group Benefits
Group health and financial wellness built around the people you are trying to recruit and keep, priced against what the current plan is actually costing you per employee.
-
Key Person Protection
Coverage sized to the revenue that genuinely depends on one person, so the business can absorb an absence rather than stall while it works out what to do.
-
Business Continuity
Written agreements between partners and the liquidity to honor them, so a transition is handled on your terms instead of under pressure.
-
Succession Planning
A defined exit. Who the buyer is, what the business is worth to that buyer, and the tax position considered well before a sale rather than after it.

Business Benefits Questions, Answered.
What happens in a business benefits review?
We put your current program on one table. What you offer employees, what protects the business if a principal is out, what your signed agreements actually commit you to, and your own position as the owner. I explain what each piece is doing, where two of them overlap, and where there is a gap. You leave knowing where the business stands, whether or not we ever work together.
How small can a business be to work with you?
There is no headcount minimum. A great deal of this work matters most at the point where a business has a handful of employees and the owner is still carrying every decision personally.
When is the right time to review our benefits?
Most owners call when something forces the issue. Open enrollment is approaching and last year was a scramble. A key employee received an offer elsewhere. A partner had a health scare and nobody was certain what would have happened next. The business grew but the package stayed where it was three years ago. An exit is close enough to need a plan. Any of these is a reasonable place to start, and none of them is too early.
Do you work alongside our CPA or attorney?
Yes, and it usually goes better that way. Benefits, tax, and the legal agreements all touch each other, and decisions made in isolation are what create the gaps worth finding.
Can you work with our team in Spanish?
Yes. Conversations, enrollment, and follow-up can all happen in English or Español. For a workforce where that matters, it tends to make a real difference to how many people actually use the benefits you are paying for.
Do you work with businesses outside Chattanooga?
Yes. Alongside Chattanooga I work with businesses across the surrounding Tennessee and North Georgia communities, including Hixson, Signal Mountain, East Ridge, Red Bank, Ooltewah, and Fort Oglethorpe. Meetings happen online, so location is rarely the deciding factor.
